1. Before submitting your abstract, please check if it is well readable, logically structured and properly organized. Remember that the work should be adapted to the instructions given in the template.

3. Your work will be reviewed by scientific committee.
4. For the work presentation at the on-line conference forums, accepted abstracts should choose one of the two options:
   1. Text: send an extended version of the work (this explanatory text will not be published in the proceedings, it is only for forums). The texts should be sent (as word or pdf attachment) to: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
   2. Voice: send video, power-point with voice comments, etc. In this case, files must be uploaded to Vimeo, SlideShare, YouTube, etc. The links should be sent to: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
5. For participating in workshop and getting the certificate of attendance, all participants have to be registered at the website and pay the fee (except UDC members), prior to deadline.

Instructions for abstract submission and registration

For successful registration, please follow these steps:

1. Fill in all input values of the form and do not forget Attach abstract file. Select your file in Upload your abstract button to send your abstract.
2. Please be aware of sending a word file, because other formats are not allowed.
3. If all inputs of the form are valid, press ‘Send’, then the abstract registration process is completed.

Once submission is finished, revision process by scientific committee starts. Taking into account the following items:

1. Newness of the contribution, both content and method.
2. If your contribution proposes results from research, summarizes projects, etc.
3. If your work is written in clear language and if it is understandable.
4. Other remarks, which are important from reviewers point of view.

  The payment should be made right after abstract acceptation.

• Participation in the Virtual Conference (full support and access to the conference system).

Development of conference participation

  To qualify for certificates of work presentation and participation is necessary to meet the following minimum requirements in the dates of the conference:

• A share in the forum with the presentation of the research work.
• A share in the forum discussing the research work of another participant.

  We invite all authors to an active participation in the discussion forums. It is a good way for broaden your horizons and discover new points of view in researching.
