I EdaSS is an international workshop, hosted by the University of A Coruña (Spain), University Institute of Maritime Studies and the University of Santo Tomás (Colombia) with the main objective of creating an academic forum for discussion of economic problems from a social and ethical perspective.

 The first workshop will be held in A Coruña (Spain) from 13 to 14 December 2012 and will address primarily the role of information and communication technologies as a means of economic and social development in urban environments.
